Matt and I are wanting to eat better and improve our nutritional intake. It is said that meal planning will help me to 1} save money 2} Save time 3} improves nutrition.
I have a friend who does this and she says she likes it. Can I do it?
I thought if I found some cute graphics or list to print and post on fridge it would be fun and helpful. ;)
So here is what I found...
Then I also found a really cute template that would be nice n simple. I could just fill it in.
Each day of the week had an image of an old school cafertia tray. The open spots were for only one starch, veg, salad, and main dish.
I set a goal right here right now... I will start a meal plan. I have got to cook more in this new n extra wonderful kitchen.
